At Thunderdome Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fashion haul, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure your garments have original tags attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Thunderdome account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return at the warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
